How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, clarify requirements, coordinate requested hospitality services and maintain a safe, reliable enquiry process. It is not used to imply a booking or confirmed availability.

Service providers

If an enquiry is accepted for handling, relevant details may be shared with selected accommodation, transport, event or destination suppliers only when needed to provide the requested service. The final privacy notice should identify processors, international transfers and retention periods.

Forms and email

The website sends submitted forms to the configured enquiry endpoint. In production, the Hostinger SMTP mailbox and PHP mail endpoint must be secured, access-controlled and monitored. The local build does not store submissions in a database.

Your choices

Before launch, confirm how people can request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, object to processing or raise a concern with the relevant supervisory authority.
